Terms & returns

The Wardrobe is run by Wardrobe Hooked Ltd (BRN C22188030), Port Louis, Mauritius. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders
- Your order is confirmed once we receive your payment. Prices are in Mauritian rupees.
- Unpaid orders are cancelled when the hold time ends. See delivery & payment.
- If a piece becomes unavailable after you pay, we tell you straight away and refund it in full.
Returns and exchanges
- All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or fit, so please check the measurements on each product page. Message us if you're unsure about a size.
- Sale items are final sale.
- Faulty items: every piece is checked before packing. If yours arrives damaged or faulty, tell us on WhatsApp as soon as you receive it, with a photo. We'll arrange a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid by Juice within 3 working days.
